What Time Is Check-In / Check-Out?

Check-In is very easy. You will receive the address and door code via text/email prior to your arrival! All you need to do is arrive to the property you rented at check-in time and make yourselves at home!

 

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

What Basic Supplies Do You Provide For Our Stay?

For your convenience and to ensure a smooth start to your stay, we provide an initial supply of essential household items. This includes:

·      Paper Towels: 1 roll to help with kitchen spills and quick clean-ups.

·      Toilet Paper: 2 rolls per bathroom, ensuring you have enough for your initial needs.

·      Laundry Supplies: 1 laundry detergent pod to tackle any immediate laundry needs.

·      Dishwashing Supplies: We provide dishwasher pods for the dishwasher and a mini bottle of dish detergent for handwashing needs.

·      Kitchen Trash Bags: Essential for keeping your space tidy.

·      Bathroom Amenities: Travel/hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion for your personal care during your stay.

These items are meant to get you started on your stay comfortably, and we recommend that you may need to supplement these supplies depending on the length of your stay and your personal needs.

 

What Linens Are Provided?

We ensure our guests have a comfortable and worry-free stay by providing comprehensive linen amenities. Here's what you can expect:

·      Bed Linens: We provide complete linen sets for all beds, including any pull-out couches, ensuring a restful sleep for every guest.

·      Towels: Each bedroom is equipped with four full-sized bath towels. Additionally, for cabins featuring private pools, we supply an extra pool towel per bedroom to enhance your poolside experience.

·      Bathroom Essentials: For your convenience, washcloths, hand towels, and bathroom floor mats are readily available in every bathroom.

·      Kitchen Linens: The kitchen is stocked with hand towels and dish cloths, making it easier to manage meals and clean-ups.

Are Pets Allowed?

Yes, as pet lovers well behaved pets are welcome. Do make sure that they are included in the reservation and to review the houes rules around Pets in the guest book.

 

Do You Decorate For Christmas?

Yes! We decorate our homes the week following Thanksgiving until mid-January with:

How Is The Drive Up To The Cabin?

Because you are renting a property in the mountains with great views, the drive up to the cabin may be windy but the roads are all well maintained by the city/county and have guardrails where appropriate.

We do recommend the use of a 4x4 vehicle in the colder months in case of ice/snow

 

Do You Offer Discounts?

We only offer discounts to our repeat/returning guests & to our military personnel. Feel free to message us to follow up on the discounts.

 

How Often Is The Hot Tub Cleaned?

Every Single Stay!

Our hot tubs are emptied, cleaned and refilled with clean water and bromine after every stay so they are fresh and clean for the next guests!
